Fixing a database for a running PBEM game?

Just discovered some Japanese AAA units with quantity but no anti aircraft gun, the unit device list point to slot 1486 and there is nothing there.

You would need to save the fixed scenario data in the same slot, and then trigger the database update process.

I honestly forget how to do this, it's been forever since I installed any updated databases... but I think in AndyMac's thread on updated scenarios, it may detail how.

I have fixed it with Andy Mac that i have found in meantime - wonder why this important thing was not put into an official path-
