Armament : 3 x Type 1130 30mm CIWS 3 x HQ-10 SAM launchers
Correction:

It has 4x HQ-10 launchers, one also installed at the fore port. Same as Liaoning. The gun CIWS however is not installed with the launcher because it will block the path for landing and recovering.

This is Liaoning. That means, Type 1130 CIWS removed and extend flight deck.(FL-3000N was replaced with HQ-10)

Image

So. Type 001A has 4 HQ-10 launchers installed at the for port as above, is it correct?

I see. Thanks for the feedback! [:)]

Yes. Fore port means frontal left side, where the end of the angled runway located. A real photo to show the launcher:

New Loadout: J-16 with 2x KD-88 AGM

Image

Edit: Also noticed that the J-16 in the db has no PL-15+Pl-10 as loadout option.
In reality, it is probably the first plane that was made compatible with that weapons combo aside of the J-20.

The Lightning F.3 uses the Red Top missile but the text is for the Hawk SAM missile while the data is from the Red Top

Czech Republic(2005), Thailand(ok), Hungary(2003) and South Africa(ok) all uses the JAS 39 Griffin C/D

Brazil has ordered the Gripen NG operational from 2019, they are also interested in a aircraft carrier version(Hypo)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saab_JAS_39_Gripen

New sub(2 at least, might be 3), A26 delivered in 2022, 2024, ?

A19 Gotland(Gotland+Halland) to be improved to almost A26 class by 2018-2019

Sweden to use Patriot PAC 3, starting in 2020 https://sverigesradio.se/sida/artikel.a ... el=6816242

Sweden should have these Hypo units

Visby Corvette with Umkhonto SAM(Hypo)

Regarding Czech JAS-39:
- the first JAS-39C were received in 2005 with incomplete ECM suite and armed only with AIM-9, they were however immediately pressed to air policing duties due to withdrawal of MiG-21 that year
- from 2007 have Gripens full ECM suite and also AIM-120C-5 were received that year
- Czech JAS-39C and JAS-39D lacked software for ground attack till 2017 software modernization

So I propose for DB update this for Czech Gripens:
JAS-39C and JAS-39D from 2005 to 2007 armed only with AIM-9M, no ground attack possibilities, incomplete ECM suite
JAS-39C and JAS-39D from 2007 to 2017 armed with AIM-9M and AIM-120C-5, no ground attack possibilities
JAS-39C and JAS-39D from 2018 - added ground attack possibility with GBU-12 and possibly unguided Mk.82 and possibly also with Litening 4i pod as these are ordered with delivery at the end of 2018

Notes:
Czech Air force has bought and ordered only GBU-12 sets for L-159 and JAS-39 - 30 training sets of GBU-12 delivered in 2006 for L-159 and another 180 sets (live and training) to be delivered now.
Further Mk.82 without GBU-12 sets are considered to be bought so unguided Mk.82 armament for JAS-39 can be considered. L-159 pilots are training to use unguided Mk.82.
Four Litening 4i pod are ordered to be delivered this year - only for JAS-39.
Air to air missiles are AIM-9M-2 (from 2002), AIM-9M-9 (from 2005) and AIM-120C-5 (from 2007).
CRV-7 (C-15) rockets with LAU-5002 are used only by L-159. I have no informatin regarding their availability for JAS-39.

Pavel

One request - the MQ-25 currently only has 6910kg / 15,200lb of fuel, yet the minimum threshold requirement for the real life MQ-25 is to be able to offload 14,000lb of fuel, 500nmi from a carrier.

With the current fuel (and with the MQ-25 burning 20.6kg of fuel per minute at cruise), this means that (assuming instant acceleration to cruise speed after launch and zero fuel burn while loitering / offloading fuel) the CMANO MQ-25 can only provide a max of 12,370lb of fuel (14,000lb - (500nmi/480kts)*(20.6kg*2.2lb/kg))

In addition, all 3 of the MQ-25 competitors (Lockheed, Boeing and General Atomics) claim that their designs not only meet the threshold fuel offload requirement, but also the objective requirement. The objective requirement is still classified / restricted, but it would surely see the 14,000lb figure increased to at least 16,000lb.

Also, the MQ-25's loiter airspeed is a bit high; I might have been doing something wrong, but with its loiter speed at 350kts and an E-2D's military speed at only 335kts, I wasn't able to refuel the E-2D. I imagine a realistic loiter speed would still be around 250kts, but seeing as this is a tanker, perhaps we could drop it to 180kts, also allowing even the refueling of CH-53s like as is done with USMC KC-130s.

Configurations are:
a) 4x Jerina-1 400mm 285km range
b) 8x Jerina-1 400mm 285km (I think that this one is still in a planing stage)
c) 12x Jerina-2 262mm 75km (development of the former M-87 Orkan system)

Some more info on Wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sumadija_ ... _launcher)

2. Nora B-52K2 ,,Aleksandar" 155mm

Essentially a further development of the Nora B-52 self propelled howitzer, most if not all needed data is on Wiki as well https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nora_B-52#Variants

Ok, it turns out there are a couple more Chinese nuclear weapons platforms missing-

SSM Bn (DF-41 [CCS-X-10]) -- China (PLARF), 2015, 5.5mt Nuclear with 6x DF-41 TEL [5.5mt Nuclear, CSS-10], with 1x DF-41 [5.5mt Nuclear] per mount

SSM Bn (DF-41 [CSS-X-10] Train) -- China (PLARF), 2015, 5.5mt Nuclear, with 3x DF-41 Rail Car [5.5mt Nuclear, CSS-X-10], with 1x DF-41 [5.5mt Nuclear] per mount

SSM Silo (DF-41 [CSS-X-10]) -- China (PLARF), 2015, 5.5mt Nuclear with 1x DF-41 Silo [5.5mt Nuclear, CSS-X-10], with 1x DF-41 [5.5mt Nuclear, CSS-10] on the mount

Source- http://freebeacon.com/national-security ... head-icbm/

Basically the existing DF-41s, as well as the silo version, need a 5.5 megaton warhead version.

EDIT- it is actually 5.5 megatons.

USS Gravely (DDG-107)

Post by CptRoss »

Update: Can be ignored - Found it in the Text of the DDG 103 Truxtun under General Description "Ships Built".

Hi, I was trying to find the USS Gravely (DDG-107) (cannot post Wikipedia link because of new user restriction).
Maybe worth an add to the database.

It is an Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer in the United States Navy commissioned 2010

Hi CptRoss

The Gravely is a flight IIA burke.
There are 6 of those in the DB, just pick the relevant model and rename it the Gravely.

See pic.

If every named unit was in the DB, it would be HUGE[;)]. That´s why there is only one of each type.

#608 - PLASN-9786 Delta III Stretch
still have SS-N-18 missiles, this is wrong

#647 - PLASN-9852 [Belgorod]
have wrong sonars systems in database it is MGK-501 Skat-KS in reality:

"Separately it is necessary to dwell on the products of the enterprises of the Concern "Okeanpribor" for the PLASN project 09852. The prototype GAK "Kizuch" was installed on the submarine project 945A order. 3004 (B-336 "Pskov"), the manufacture of hardware devices was conducted at the Taganrog plant "Priboy" from 2011 to 2013. On the basis of this GAK, variants were developed both for upgraded submarines of projects 945M and 971M (Kizhuch-945M and Kizhuch-971M) and for the PLASN of Project 09852, which was named "Kizhuch-PM" (PM is probably for "Remounting"). The order for the implementation of R & D on the subject "Kizhuch-M" was placed by the lead contractor (CDB MT "Rubin") directly to JSC "Concern" Okeanpribor ". In turn, the contract for the manufacture and supply of prototypes of devices for low-frequency R & D products "Kizhuch-PM" for order 664("Belgorod") for the amount of 414 million rubles was signed between the Concern "Oceanpribor" and the plant "Priboy" on July 1, 2014. [Annual report of OJSC Concern Okeanpribor for 2014, annual reports of OJSC Taganrog Plant Priboy for 2011-14].
http://bmpd.livejournal.com/1378165.html in russian

So, PLASN 09852 Belgorod should have MGK-540M Kizhuch sonar

#609 - NORSUB-5 [Pr.10831 Losharik]
in database dont have sonar , in reality :
"In addition, the enterprises of the Concern are developing a family of Gneiss products. The family includes the following options:
"Gneiss-SPE" for the AGS project 10831 (head 210 AS-12 aka AS-31 aka Losharik),
"Gneiss-5MK" for the AGS project 1910 (head №01402 АS-15),
"Gneiss-5K.1" for the AGS of the project 1851.1 (head 01431/09431 AS-35),
"Gneiss-PM" for the under construction PL of the project 09852,
"Gneiss-09787" for the currently modernized PLA of the project 09787 (head 381 BS -64, order 07381),
As well as for the SS PL project 09786 (head 398 "Orenburg").
In the integrated structure of the Concern, the head organization for the implementation of R & D "Triton-Gneiss" (for #607 - Triton-NN [Pr.21310]), is the Kirov branch of OJSC Concern Okeanpribor. Installation work on the installation of the product "Gneis" to order 402 was started by JSC "Vodtranspribor-Pusk" in 2012. And are ongoing to the present, for 2015g. Scheduled running and inter-departmental tests. In 2014 The enterprise started the installation of the product "Gneiss-09787" to order 07381, for 2015. Planned installation of the complex to order 01431 [Annual reports of JSC "Vodtranspribor-Start" for 2012-14]."

So,Pr.10831 Losharik have sonar "Gneiss-SPE"

also for "upgraded submarines of projects 945M and 971M" see :
fb.asp?m=3959861
and
fb.asp?m=4066939
MGK-540M

There's essentially zero data on the MGK-540M set that I can find. Are you able to provide data for me to create the upgraded sensor package?

The Tarawa class LHA accommodate 4 LCU 1610 landing craft (#1455). According to the database, the landing craft has 13 tons of diesel fuel. The problem is that all versions of the Tarawa class in the database do not carry diesel fuel so the landing craft cannot refuel. In order to refuel all four landing craft once, it will take 52 tons of diesel fuel. Since LCU has a range of 1200nm on a single tank, I don't think it would take more than 60 tons

I am requesting to have the entries for the Tarawa class to have an addition of 60 tons of diesel to the fuel.

Database entries: #364, 430, 444, 502, 676, and 1084.

Request new loadout options: Yu-10 torpedo (#3084) and tube-launched version of YJ-18 AShM (#2868) for the Type 093B Shang-class SSN (#590).

Recent official images shows that the Shang-class is equipped with those new weapons.

The SU-34 Fullback's (2017) radar can only detect units on the water or in the air, is this working as intended or an error?
