Tunnel system can be found in many fortified lines, e.g. the Maginot Line.

In Korea 2013 I use a rather crude model using a likely tunnel exit locations as the deployment hex of NPRK Special Ops Brigades, and a note in the News Summary.
These can be randomized with the event editor.
