Looking for a German opponent regarding this scenario with the following variations in addition to the house rules:-

1 - No partisans selected.
2 - Interdiction allowed for both sides until July 1943.
3 - No movement of any Russian units until turn 3.
4 - No retreat for any Russian units west of the following line - Narva down to the Pskov following Velikaya river down to Opochka, Idritsa, Polotsk, Orsha, Vitebsk then along the Dnieper river line.
5 - If any Russian units disengaged from the Finns or Rumanians prior to their activation turn then they can then attack if allowed.
6 - No limit to the amount of Rumanian forced that can leave their boundary to attack Russia.


What I am trying to recreate is the sort of calamity that the Russians faced during the early part of the war if this makes sense.
