Sicily to Brenner Pass 43-45

Looks like a big problem in our scenario. Turn 64 and the British have two 46th and two 56th Infantry Divisions turn up....

When I click on the unit report they are not mirror images - they have different values - and the unit report also shows them at different points on the map so it knows there are two 56th ID's

Does anyone know how many divisions the British should have at this stage of the game?

Thanks. And this is what they have. So the two extra divisions are not just mis-named but should be there; they are correctly named but duplicated.

So I am happy with the decision not to use them. I just hope their existence doesn't cause the program to go into melt down or do something stupid like stop replacements to the versions I've kept. Fingers crossed.

Sine they are not mirror images at a guess the designer decided to revise the TO&E for 46 and 56 Divs and failed or forgot to delete the previous versions.

Which does pose the question as to which version of the division you are supposed to use.

Exactly.

Are the duplicate's names exactly the same? Is there a different number of spaces in the name
or something simple to make the name different? I predict that if the names are different then things
will work out okie dokie most likely. But if they are exactly the same the game engine might not be
able to disambiguate which to use and who knows what happens after that.
