Is there an exact 20/8 date in game? Otherwise it will fire as soon as the date is past that date. Also, has the DE been satisfied? This will be required as the FAILSAFE_DATE doesn't override this, it only overrides the CONDITION_POSITION checks so long as everything else has been satisfied.

No 20/8 is not in the game, it is weekly and it is a date in the end of august after 20th before fall weiss happens but it does not fire then. The decision script840 has been accepted

Looking at your script it could be that Germany is not yet fully mobilized at 100% in your campaign, your script is checking for this, so is this the possible issue?

No it is mobilized, i have already attacked Denmark

I just ran a test with a dummy DE 840 event and it fired off the UNIT event as expected on my end as it is written above. Can you confirm that the DECISION number matches in your DE event to the UNIT event and that you did indeed accept the decision?

Are you also running the latest updated version of the game, i.e. v1.12?
