disband rules for Russian airbases the same?

What is the difference between rec and srec in the airforce view?

any other new rules I need to know. I have not started a game as Russians for over 2 years.

What is the difference between rec and srec in the airforce view?

As I understand it it is to stop heavy recon aircraft airgroups swapping to light recon aircraft and vice versa - as would be true historically as differently trained. Other than that I believe they are the same although could be corrected. Strategic recon seems to have a more significantly different role in WitE2.

There have been many many changes detailed in the patch notes. Off the top of my head I guess the changes with sappers/construction and more prohibitions on disbanding units seem to be the most significant.
