Looking for a total noob who wants to improve with a partner

I have only played a couple of scenarios in this game and have gone through many turns of a campaign, but have never completed a grand campaign. I find that I learn how to play these games best against human opponents. I'm looking for someone who, like me, has little to no experience with the game. I am willing to play either side! Let me know if you're interested in such a game!
