no

and or the reasons being, the game installs not only in more than one place, but also in the registry

but, if you installed some somewhere before you installed any game you wished to move, the answer would or could be different, but add in the cost of the program and the time to re image windows to install in first etc, then add in all the games, just to move one etc, not worth the effort, old school games yes modern ones, nope, or not for most users / people.

this is why data needs keeping, but game doesn't, so a reinstall of the game, then just adding the data gets almost nay game up and running quicker than using programs which track each and every install of a game or app / program etc etc

No. You have to install the games in the new computer using the respective game file installers.

yes, as long as like what Vpaulus says, you download the installer for the game from here, you will be able to transfer your old games to a new computer and install them, there is no limit to the amount of time you install a game onto your own pc, you just can't have it two pc's at the same time, as playing online with the same serial will give you a error, and won't work

The answer is yes - use the installer on the new PC, copy across any save games, edited scenarios etc, then uninstall off the old PC.
