4.0.1.15

After installing the latest patch, I no longer can reposition my micro map and my Air War Panel. I was able to move them before the patch. Second, the Air War Panel defaults to "off" instead of "on" with the new patch. Have anyone else notice these issues?

It is working for me, I need to grab them at, or slightly past their edges, but it works.

Ah.. Before the patch, I could click in the middle of them and drag them. Now I have to click 1/8 inch off one of the sides, and they drag. Thanks.
