Yugoslavia Joins AXIS

Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

UK didn't fund the coup.

The AI is supposed to fund it 100% of the time but I one time it happened to me (although it was in a previous SC iteration). I've theorised that the AI might have been under duress enough that it couldn't afford it or that it was some decision shenanigans with loading the game that had the AI spending the money of its turn and being too broke to pay when asked.
