I have currently been playing "calm before the storm" & reckon this would be a great expansion for SC. For instance
difference decisions made by Germany in this period, could make the attack on Poland a more precarious effort or instead
concentrate on making a surface fleet & many other possibilities.
The game seems to work quite well on the Strategic Command spine so I think there would be very little effort to combine it.
The major problem would be adjusting the game to a weekly turn.
So is it possible?
Those are my principles, and if you don't like them... well, I have others.

Yes you can make a mod have weekly turns. The mod World War Three 1946 has weekly turns.

1. Editor,
2. open mod
3.choose the campaign
4. choose edit turn/economic data
5. left side
6. Save as ...

In my experience not at all. They will fire after the date set in the script. I had to change very few for the Mod I did. I deleted many because they were irrelevant for the time period depicted. The ones I left fired off just fine.
