Seeking Opponent for GC - B-Mod (closed)

Post by Anachro »

As per the title, seeking a Japanese/Allied opponent to play in the Grand Campaign using B-Mod. House rules to be discussed and agreed upon.

Mod: B-Mod Website

Turn Turnover: Probably looking to do 2-4 turns a week for the first few months and then speed up as time goes by.

Turns: 1 Day Turns

Desired skill-level: Intermediate and expert players welcome (or beginners who are really up to the challenge.)

p.s. If I play Japan, I'd rather my allied opponent be more of a beginner so we can learn our respective games together.

I'm strongly thinking about return to my fovorite game. I also would by happy to play the Empire of Japan.
I'm very experienced player, I think that I have an expert level (I have played WitP, WitP:AE and even Pacific War).
I'm from Poland and my English isn't perfect so sorry for it.
Grand Campaign using B-Mod is my faovorite. Many house rules will be welcomed.
I always played with 2 days/turn rule and I would like to keep this.
I didn't play with PDU off rule but now I'm thinking about it. Game will be different than most others but now I don't decided. What do you think about it?
My english isn't very good, sorry for it.

Hello Rake,

You sound like an interesting guy. I have updated my initial post, but I would prefer to do 1-day turns. I prefer the greater tactical flexibility (or micromanagement if you prefer). As for PDU Off, I am also fine with that if you want to do it. However, it's usually better for Japan to have it on I think. Up to you - that's really a Japanese player decision.

I tend to be pretty light on house rules, but we can work those out. Shoot me a PM if still interested.

Sorry then, but games without 2days/turn are too slow for me.
My english isn't very good, sorry for it.

Hello zuluhour,
In order to assist Anachro find an opponent, I would suggest you use the link he supplied at the top of this page, and read the READ ME file,
It details all the changes...which are quite substantial in detail overall...

Regards,
Big B
