[FIXED B976] ASuW Strike Mission Not Launching

I had this problem before several rev's back and now it appears it is back. The mission does not launch because it thinks the weapons are not right but I am pretty sure based on the data base and previous missions with the earlier rev that it should be fine. I am using the latest db and exe.

Are you using the latest v1.13 hotfix, B972.4?
