G;day Bought 14th however no email sent for confirmation of order and product code can't install

Forget what I just posted for some reason the confirmation has gone to my gmail address really strange, been buying games from Matrix and they have aways sse==ent confirnation to my goodwood address I haven't changed my details a little confused.
