Thanks for your feedback, I'm glad seeing the tool still being used.
Let me know if you have ideas for improvment or if you experience errors.

One suggestion could be some sort of Mission version check? i.e. file creation date

I'm looking at many duplicates it seems. A button to select and delete a file would be a natural next step there too.

Brilliant tool - thanks again.

Hey Serjames,

how come that you have more than one version of a mission?
Do you have multiple versions of the community scenario packs installed?
Do the missions have the exact same filename, but are in different folders?

Yes got it in one... Combination of manual downloads from the forums Scenario areas in combination with (foolishly) a workshop version of the Comm pack AND a manual download... I know... my own worst enemy. But I'm reluctant to just manually delete without a proper tool to check I have the latest version... It's a nice to have edge case I grant you :-)

could you check if the different versions of scenarios have exact the same filename?
Thats the only option i see to relate them. then i could check the filedates and offer cleaning of older versions...

Do scenarios have any data embedded which shows the DB they were build using ? That could be the other way perhaps ?

If they have matching names, that means they must be in different folders, hmmm.
The scenariofile itself contains very little information, title, short description, complexity, difficulty, seeting and date.
Most of the details and the scenario itself are compressed and encrypted (I kid you not) in den scen file.

That was exactly my thought. I could make a filter for playable nation or search for text in the scenario briefing.

How cool would little country flags be to indicate what nations are available in the scenario?

Just a quick post for me to say thanks again for this tool. Just come back to CMANO to see what all the recent changes are. I've downloaded the latest mission pack, and this tool is just so useful for checking out all the new missions.

Thanks !

Great! there is a possibility to implement the information regarding the score in each individual scenario played?

What fantastic idea!

Hi,
First off sorry for the late reply.
The only way I can imagine this is inputting the score by hand.
The viewer has no direct "connection" to the game; there is no way to read scenario results.
As I see some people like to keep record of scenarios played, I could implement some mini database to enable
marking scenarios as played, comment them and note the score, but all of this would have to be done by hand in the viewer...

Thank you all for the feedback,

Lunex
