Export SCN to CSV.
Do the amendment as shown.

Saved and reloaded. Only Unit, AirGroup and City show the change. The amendment in Leader, OB, Ground Element, Aircraft, Device are not saved.

I think your scenario is using generic data, hence those items (Leader, OB, Ground Element, Aircraft, Device) are reloaded every time scenario is initialized.
You have to experiment with lock generic data option, but:
a) I don't know if it works correctly
b) your scenario is not using newest data, and you will have to upgrade it manually with every new patch

Regarding b), please advise which scenario should be used to update the generic data in new patch.
Should it be done during patching? An idiot, like me, makes things worst. That is guarantee.

Basically if there is new patch you should take newest version of the scenario you based your work on, change title, lock generic data, reapply all your custom changes, and save under new name.
