[FIXED DB v468] RCS bug for MQ-25 internal munitions

The munitions carried by the MQ-25 (#3169) have an impact on the detection range of the aircraft. They are carried internally so should have no impact.
See attached scenario for the detection range, there are 2 MQ-25, one with its default 8 SDB-II loadaout and the same but with the number of SB set to 0. The one with 8 SDB gets detected from twice as far away.
There's also a B-2 which gets detected from 2x closer than the MQ-25 without SDB, which seems correct based on the RCS listed in the database viewer.

Same thing happens for Neuron UCAV (unit #3900).
Also when adding weapons to those units via the editor (before the fix), they are always added as external weapons. Could they be added as internal when the platform is using an internal loadout?
