Heavy Artillery vs. Rocket Artillery

Can anyone identify a difference between these unit types other than Heavy Artillery doing 5 less de-moralization and taking a month longer to produce?

Heavy Artillery does more resource damage, so potentially more useful when conducting a siege vs. Fortified cities etc.
