Trouble with the event editor

Hail.

I'm trying to get used with the event editor such as events, triggers, conditions, and actions.
I've created a mission I've called "Grosseto CAP 1"
I've inserted in the Grosseto airfield 20 Tornado aircrafts with a mission assigned "Grosseto CAP 1"
I've planed all 20 aircrafts in the airfield should take off when a hostile unit is detected.
Unfortunately, only 2 aircraft take off from the airfield.
I don't understand why the other 18 aircrafts don't take off.
Could you tell me where I'm wrong?
The scenario has been posted.

Take off the 'one time only' check in the mission. It is removing the planes once the first flight takes off. Take it off, and once the first flight is killed an second flight will take off.

You wan't all of your aircraft to take off at the same time when bogey is detected?
You should change flight size, but for now maximum aircraft in one flight is 6.
As far as the your event goes: you only need trigger which you already have set, and action, there is no need for condition, condition in event is optional.
1. trigger: set target side to us, that is the minimum for trigger to fire, you can specify others as you like.
2. condition: it is not needed for this type of event.
You don't need to set event as repeatable, it needs to fire once, to activate the mission and thats all.
