Sibereans

When I set up the computer version of the game Russia gets to change out some of the infantry units for siberean units. I purchased a used (but seemingly complete) boxed WIF Final Edition. I do not think I see siberean units...Is my box set missing them? or is it just something found in the computer game only?

I believe Siberians are part of an expansion, which may come included when you buy the Deluxe and may be it doesn't in other smaller packs... couldn't tell if they should come with the WIFFE but they are in my cardboard game, but since I bought secondhand from a friend, I am not positive on which expansions it includes.

Siberians are from the Asia in Flames (AsA) expansion (CS14).
