automatic update

Somewhere along the updates my main menu lost the check for updates button. Any ideas on how to get it back?

Hello there
Thanks for mentioning this

I've just checked my Matrix version of Strategic Command (v1.08) and it does have this button

If you are using the Steam version then this does not have this button as it gets updated through the Steam client.

Would you mind confirming which version(s) you are currently running and I will look into it further

Hi CC1,

It may have been possible that it was inadvertently removed for v1.07, but I can confirm it is there for v1.08. I can't say for sure for v1.07 as I no longer have that one setup on my end as I too have moved on to v1.08.
