Question on HQs

Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

Are US HQs able to command British units and British HQs to command US units? How about Canadian HQs, can they command British units?

No to all and same for Axis . Romanians can't command Germany or Italy and vice versa
