Looks very good.

One small amendment, two tomahawks cruise missiles are enough to knock out a Runway access point with about 95% certainty (three will give you a near 100% certainty). Four missiles is absolute overkill.
You also did not mention the 12% chance of damaging/destroying an AC inside a hardened shelter with every tomahawk hit on that shelter, so assigning 10-12 to a single HAS is also absolute overkill as 9 missiles (using a 95% reliability) will give you about a 95 % chance of destroying the AC inside it.

But besides me nitpicking on hit percentages and weapon assignments, this is a very good article.

No problem. Lot of long time gamers get this stuff but hope it helps the newer players and provides some lua for people to grab when needed.
