Version 1d is about ready. I will post it on the VR Designs site within 48 hours.

The updated game manual is a way off, but all the changes made to 1d are listed within the Statistics/Brief/Bugs tab.

The new version is an atzip file and contains a few new graphics so install it via the Install Zip/File button from the Advanced Tactics Gold menu. It will install correctly whether you have previously installed Triumph of the Reich or not.

Update: Version 1d is now available for download from the VR Designs Scenario Bank.

Looks like you are the one to start the game. Britain is first side to play.

Should "Enabale Supply Resources" be ON? My vote is yes.

Not sure. What exactly does that do? (or not do?)

"Enable Supply Reserves" gives you some extra supply for a short time. This is some kind of emergency option in case a player has not kept enough attention on his supply situaion, runs short in oil and becomes nearly impossible to fight. It helps for a short time and the player might do his best to increase supply situation as soon as possible.

Oh, I wasn't aware of this option. Thanks Jeurgen.

Shame we couldn't have got one or two more players to divide up the different factions more evenly.

Anyone else looking for a PBEM game?

How do you want to devide the fractions? I think we are fine by the way it is now.

Do you think so? I thought with a couple of more players the Axis could be divided up more evenly ie. one player taking SS, the other German regular forces. Also the British
and Commonwealth could be divided between 2 players.

Hello Falco,
I dont mind if Western Allies are split into more fractions. Although it might make the game slower having more players in. But if Germany and SS are split you should better look for some other players. I prefer to play both. If there are volunteers for Germany and SS, I will step back and you are free to take them in.

Ironduke, havnt heard anything from you side. Are you in for SU?

No worries Juergen. Just thought that it would make for a more intriguing game if we had players for every faction that's all.

So is everyone ready to go then? There is Jeurgen, DRommel, Ironduke and myself. Is that right?

Hey, Silent Duke, you are around? Willing to play SU?

(Is this guy on holidays? Has he found out that books are more interesting than games? Has he changed life and become a monk in a friary somewhere up in the mountains? Or has he rent a ship and is sailing around the world wearing a long beard with salt cristals in it? If someone knows, any hint will be appreceated.)

I think Tom has said he is traveling and internet access would be hotel quality at best.

He will probably be back to his robust engagement here soon.

Soviet Union would be fine unless someone else has a hankering for playing the big bear.
Are we like late Rome, infatuated with past glories, ruled by a complacent, greedy elite, and hopelessly powerless to respond to changing conditions?

Apologies to all concerned here. Had to make a sudden trip to Hong Kong to get another visa. My last one had expired last week and no-one (including myself)
realized this until Saturday. I just got back now (Wed evening)and am totally worn out trying to deal with Chinese immigration. I will get this thing going
at the latest by Friday. Sorry again.
