Unable to post New Thread

In the opponents wanted forum I tried to place a new thread (seeking a Soviet player for a 41-45 campaign game),
but when I tried to post, I received a message that I wasn't able to post for 7 days from the date of my tenth
post. I had checked the bottom right of my screen and there was a check-mark next to Post New Thread.

Not sure why I wasn't able to post a new thread on the Opponents wanted forum.

just a new user permissions issue, it will go soon enough, it was put in place to stop spammers, but affects everyone now the same, well regarding newer members [:(]

In the opponents wanted forum I tried again to post a new thread, but when I tried to post I received
the same error message again. What can I do to correct this issue?
