An interesting review! I'm very slowly working my way through the LIVE scenarios (which somewhat defeats the point of them being 'live'!). Such up-to-date missions are a unique and very interesting part of CMANO - it also manages (in my mind) to avoid feeling 'to-soon' and insensitive, thanks to the rather dry, abstract feel of the simulation.

On another note, the description of the UI changes made me realise how much of a success these have been - they feel so natural that I'd either barely noticed most of them, or until now forgotten they were ever different,

Yes, an accurate review of an exceptional release.

I hope potential new players do not hesitate after reading the review and know there are plenty of community scenarios that are not as daunting as Korean Missile Crisis. There are dozens of accessible community battles and hours of game play aimed at all player skills and their available time to war game.

Bravo. The future is very bright around here.

Great series! CMANO is now tied with Civ in my "If I had to play only one" list...and remember, I've played hundreds.

Just purchased this (I'm a little behind :-) ). Looks like a lot of work went into it and I'm eager to try it out.
