Unit detail dialog box

I just bought this game today so I am a greenhorn. After doing some of the tutorial in the manual, I closed the game and there was a nice detailed unit information dialog box opened up, and I don't know how it got opened. I want to use it but I am not sure how it opened. It is not the same unit info box in the game which gets opened by F2. This looks external, but I'm stumped.

Any idea how I can open this again?

That would be the external Unit Viewer. With a unit selected, try F3 to summon the Unit Viewer. You can also try Help > Unit Viewer.

If for some reason F3 won't open the Unit Viewer for you, try this thread for some fixes. If there is a problem, typically it is due to a misconfigured settings.txt file in the tools/CS_UnitViewer folder.
