Error when downloading the update

Error when downloading the update

Greetings and I am very glad that I was able to again enjoy this game from many years ago; thank you for keeping it alive. I am experiencing a problem with the automatic update from the menu. I download the update but when it gets to the end of the download it tells me that there was an error with the server and that the download was unsuccessful. What can I do? I am running Win8.
