Prestige to PP's

Hi all

Playing an epic campaign of CB as the Russian player and have a query.

I've reached 60 prestige through various successful holding actions but am only receiving 38 political points at the start of every round.

Is there some kind of modifier that I'm unaware of? Couldn't find anything in the manual but may have missed it. We are nearly at the end of August 1942.

Vic or any experienced players any ideas?

Yes at a certain point there is a decrease in return of prestige points to avoid to much of a self-perpetuating winning streak.

None the less that is an awesome amount of PP per turn!
