Aligning Minors at Start

Aligning Minors at Start

At Start Barbarossa - I can align Finland or Hungary, but not both. RAC says only one alignment per impulse. I can't find Player's Manual vol.2 p4 figure 8.7.2.2 ("simplicity itself") again to find Hungary after I align Finland. Does it reappear after completion of an impulse? Thank you.

You should be able to align Hungary in the next German impulse after the one you aligned Finland.

Yes the option to align comes up after DoWs on minors, which is after DoWs on majors, which is after weather...
