No way to conquer USA and Canada

I've tried in every way. Everytime Russia surrenders first and the game ends before I can put my feet in America.
I've tried also to avoid to take Moscow, delaying my victory but USSR morale goes to zero and Stalin surrenders.

Is any way to continue the game until the entire map is conquered? I'd like it.

Another thing I like to do when playing the Axis is to save a sort of High Water Mark file, the critical point where if the Allied computer doesn't do something soon, the situation will be irretrievable. Then when I am done the current game I can go back to that save and switch sides, to see if I can save the situation for the Allies.

This is the best I've done.
Uk surrended. No hope for Usa and Canada. Fortunately the game ends in May 1947.
