Units not taking off after assigned to active air mission

Hi!

I Remember in some of the tutorials ships that were assigned to an active mission would take off on their own, was just playing the brexit (1) scenario and I had to manually go and launch all the planes, not sure if I hit a setting wrong or something. Thanks!

provide more specifics about what mission, enemy state and aircraft type/armament, then it may be possible to figure out specifically what is wrong.
