Side Doctrine EMCON Broken

Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 14393)
Geforce GTX 1060 Driver version 378.49
Command on Steam, v1.11 Service Release 6 - Build 870.4

Problem:
The side doctrine EMCON tab shows blank drop downs, [s]and contains an inherit from parent checkbox that when ticked crashes Command.[/s] (see screenshot)
If the Side Doctrine window is closed after viewing EMCON, upon reopening ALL drop down menus are blank, not just EMCON ones.

Reproduction:
1. Start Command
2. Start any scenario (for example, standalone scenario Advanced ASW Exercise)
3. Navigate to Game -> Side Doctrine -> EMCON Tab
4. Observe empty drop down options
[s]5. Tick inherit box to crash Command[/s]

Problem persisted after I uninstalled, deleted Command's steamapps folder, and reinstalled.
Command/Logs in steamapps is empty after crashing the game with the checkbox.
If I load a save made after viewing the broken EMCON tab, the other doctrine drop-downs return to normal, but I've included the save anyway.
[s]I found the crash dump in AppData/Local/CrashDumps.[/s]
Let me know if there is any other data needed, I'm vaguely familiar with debugging and could use the practice

Whoops, thought you could add more than one file per post.
Also, the crash dump is too large to post even when compressed and I'd rather email that to a developer anyway, let me know what address to send that to.

Not seeing in current beta so it should be fixed by next release.

What version are you using now? Have you upgraded to the latest release?

I'm on the latest version from steam, see the beginning of my initial post (Command on Steam, v1.11 Service Release 6 - Build 870.4)
Edit:
I noticed the inherit from parent check box crash was actually already reported and fixed here:
tm.asp?m=4204293
I thought they were the same problem but I guess I was wrong!

I probably should have checked this before I even made this thread but, I noticed the problem does not occur if I select a unit before opening the EMCON tab.

I think this is basically an interface quirk related to (or the same as) the inherit from parent checkbox problem that was already fixed, so the drop-downs being blank and blanking the other ones may very well have been fixed at the same time.
