Scenario Attributes

Hello. Maybe it's intentional or maybe not but I don't understand why in the Scenario Attributes pane the selections that are active are subdued. I would think that the checked items like orchards and grain being in season would be highlighted, bold. That's not a glitch is it?

I think it was intentional from Peter.
