New game forming - need a couple players

A new PBEM game is forming using the latest beta patch. We're made up of some "old guard" players as well as some newer ones. Looking for one or 2 more players to join us. Respond here or directly to my email

Thank you.  I could really use some "old guard" feedback for the public beta on two items before going official:
 
1. Is PBEM still working correctly and is loaning money working in PBEM?  A very brief playtest through a couple of eco phases should confirm if everything is OK or if I messed up something that I need to fix. 
 
2. Does the manual accurately describe PBEM file exchanges, especially with simultaneous diplomacy and economics phases, or is there clarifying instructions/information that would be helpful?
