Players should not need JSGME. There is a campaign configuration settings file for mods to enable custom bitmaps, sound, etc. During playtesting there was an issue with some of my A3R mod bitmaps working and my workaround until that was fixed was to use JSGME, so I know what you're talking about. Short answer is that you don't need that now, all mod files should be in the custom campaigns folder and should work when you select the custom campaign. "Should" - I'm working with Hubert to resolve a new issue with other players getting errors when downloading and using my A3R mod, so we'll see what happens with that.

Update. Seeing that Welk and others are posting some sound and graphics mods that players may want to toggle on/off, JSGME would be good to use.
