I was gonna post some more helpful articles on this subject, but I still can't post links? Thought it'd been 7 days by now... oh well.

Just search the Defense Technical Information Center for "naval mines", "MIW" "MCM", etc. I also found a couple good articles on the Undersea Warfare Magazine's website and the Federation of American Scientists website. The National Academies Press (NAP) is a great resource as well.

One of the upcoming new features of Command is gradual aircraft damage; this will enable sending the half-damaged helo home for repairs instead of permanently losing it.

Wow, this is happening?! Cool!

nice work
I like to add mines to most of my scenarios, very interesting and little 'gamed' aspect of modern marine warfare
