415 RD is twice in GC 41-45 Bitter end

As the subject says, 415th Rifle Division is twice in the game.
Game was stared under 1.09.00 or maybe one patch before.

The same is true for 239th Rifle Division.

And 220th Rifle Division as well.

In some cases it was according to historical data.

Some problems might be caused by motorized divisions.

The 415th were new arrivals, both.

160th RD, 415th RD and 11th RB are historical doubles. The others must have been caused by motorized divisions changing to rifle without looking that their number was taken. I will try to fix this (which means they will ahistorically get different numbers, since it's impossible to reserve those numbers so that some rifle doesn't take it).
