No Database Viewer- Not able to choose sides?

Still no Database Viewer? Have tried all fixes, no help? Also not able to choose sides. Can someone help, game should work for $94.00 also have tried diff OS Vista-Windows 10?

What version have you installed? Steam or Matrix?
And what release is it showing on the main screen?
Assuming you are getting the main menu, and trying to load a scenario, what scenario are you trying to load?
Picture of the last showing screen could be helpful.

We need a bit more info to help.

Were you able to see the viewer before but not now. If this is the case first try resetting the positions of the secondary windows by going to game menu-Game Options->Reset Secondary positions. You can also try deleting your command.ini which is where all these settings are stored.
