Serial Code for Armada 2526 not recognized

Dear Matrix Folks,
I am trying to reinstall an old favorite that I have not had on my hardrive for a long time, but had the hankerin to play now with some time off-- Armada 2526---maybe even pickup the added content Supernova on sale, etc...

However, my serial code is not recognized, even though I am pulling it right from the registered codes on the Matrix site.
I downloaded the Armadad2526-v1024DR file, which I was allowed access to through Member's Club download access, but when prompted for the serial it responds that the code is not valid.

Any help would be appreciated-- [&o]
Also, thanks for the Holiday sale and look forward to spending all my holiday loot on old games that I have missed out on @ Matrix.

best not to post your code / serial number in an open forum, as you have given it away to anyone else,

and i can't edit on here so can't hide it either, ah and my mod badges has gone as well, so i'm sorry to say, you need to post into support

Just open a tech support ticket or contact http://www.matrixgames.com/support/ with your order details (order reference number or/and email address used when placed the order) and they will provide you with more support, just link them to this page and also ask for the post to be edited before too many see it, as here it's hidden in the depths so hopefully not seen.

sometimes copy paste doesn't work either, and you have to manually have to type it in to work, as it can take spaces in that aren't there

no worries i just asked a mod to remove it and it seems you beat him to it, good luck anyway, hope you get it sorted soon
