Playing as Allies in a PBEM

"Radio call sign of Taijima Maru detected at 213,56"

One would have thought somebody might have noticed the Japanese ship 100 miles up the Columbia River in Portland Harbor.

Obviously a Kempetai disinformation effort. They took the radio operator off the Taijima Maru and dropped him off in Tillamook Bay with a radio and orders to go inland and sow as much confusion amongst the allied intelligence gatherers as possible.

Yep, it can be fuzzy. That said, I have had some very successful intercepts due to Allies sigint. You won't find me complaining...[;)] Worse thing is the coast watchers which are never correct. I would prefer that the messages just go away.

That probably has something to do with their substantial supply of alcohol...
