Quick Question on Rest and Refit

Post by bdiamond »

Folks,

When resting say 1st Panzer Army, is it necessary to actually more the divisions away from enemy units, or can they divisions remain in place directly on the front line? Silly question perhaps, but wasn't sure, but my guess is to move them back from the front, but then hate to give ground!

Thanks!

Hi PC4,

There's no requirement for moving them but it's strongly recommended as any unit undergoing a rest & refit suffers a significant combat penalty. They are relaxing and repairing, not standing too, guns at ready.

Once you've issued the order you've got the rest of the turn to move them out of the line.

Cheers,
Cameron
