Air transport units question from a noob

Air transport units question from a noob

Hi,
After reading carefully the manual, I can't manage to do air transport units.

I have a unit on an airfield.
Since still on F1 mode, I select une unit.
PF9 for Air transport.
Initial airfield surunded in blue, airfield enable to do the mission surrunded in yellow, OK.
Shift + left clic on destination emplacement, on another friend airfield.

So destination hex has a air transport icon, but NO window opened for choosing air transport units planes and units.

Am I doing something wrong ?

Make sure your base is 5 hexes from a railhead.
Part of history is facts. The other part is what we find easier to believe.
