Having 590 aircraft on one airfield is dangerous if he sends in his BBs to bombard. Can some be dispersed to nearby fields?

True, this are invasion forces to be loaded and send to NZ. Bad timing :(. Bombers are already on ships sailing off.
My carriers are nearby, so it can be interesting week.

MrKane: Ouch !!!

You must be "feeling his pain"! Great defence there![:)]

I am guessing that those IJN TFs that sat still for a turn were refuelling or are waiting for KB to close Tahiti's airfield.

Not so much his wrong doing. He is simply outmatch, there is very little you can do to fight off high altitude sweep of Spitfire Mark 8 using A6M2, Ki-43Ic and a few Ki-44a.
This is what he is against:
Swap out those 60 xp guys and bring your best aces in, you don't want average joes to handle those precious airframes and lose them for inexperience

Great results on the air combat near Tahiti ... but it looks like the Japanese battleships are approaching for a bombardment next ... likely very bad if they succeed. You were right; this Japanese player is VERY aggressive!! [X(]

Well I still do not have turn. So, base on combat replay it looks like Yorktown is gone, on his side 3 CVL and CV are eliminated or disabled. So I have still two flattops and he has 2-3 in north group, however he does not have more than 50% planes in hangars due to losses over Tahiti. No clue what to do :(

He's a long way from home with the fragile IJN forces. Could be interesting to get around the edges and aim for tankers and SCTF that support the KB before taking the CVs on again.

Yikes! What a bloodbath![X(]
He sank a lot of ships and achieved his bombardment objective, but the experienced KB air groups are decimated and that has long term implications for him. I make the battles a little in the Allies' favour.

He sank a lot of ships and achieved his bombardment objective,

I find it a little hard to believe that the Kumano TF could engage in the various combats and still have enough ammo for an effecctive bombardment. (But perhaps there's FOW mis-identifying the ships?)
Civil war? What does that mean? Is there any foreign war? Isn't every war fought between men, between brothers?

His air groups for the KB were decimated and are hard to train back up. He also lost 3 CVLs to your one CV for in strict numbers t was a draw there. His two heavy CVs seemed to be lightly or undamaged and if you only have the Enterprise in the area, it might be a good idea to withdraw and await the arrival of other carriers. The only way this will turn into a victory for him is he is prepared to follow up this bombardment in the next 3-5 days with an invasion. You will not be ready to rebuild and recoup all the loses on the airstrip and among the bombarded units. If he can combined the entire KB he can protect an invasion but lacking that you may have delayed or stpoped his plans in this area.

I have available here: Enterprise, Hornet(need 6 day for repairs), Lexington(in 2 days) and one RN carrier(in 3-5 days). So, I am not worry about landing air cover any more.

Throw in the Mishin too. This was a clear loss for the IJN. Rjujo is a 48 AC CVL ... IJN biggest. Tactically and strategically for the USN, a huge victory. Any time you can trade CV's at better than 1:2, it is a victory ... here is it was 140 vs 90 AC in CV capacity ... monster victory for the USN ...
