New card suggestion: The Frankfurt Proposals

New card suggestion: Played by France, the Frankfurt Proposals, November 1813. For peace, if at war with Britain, Russia, Austria and/or with Prussia (i.e. Grand Alliance card was previously used), Napoleon cedes Norway, Spain, most of Italy, some of Germany east of the Rhine and Poland, but retains existence otherwise. There should be some time limit, perhaps expires 1 turn after receiving the card. (i.e. must be used immediately after receiving it)

Continental nations become NEUTRAL but not friendly-neutral, and political situation set to something like 5 each; not too happy, but not too angry. Perhaps Britain alone remains at war with France.
