Fascist Tide or Day of Infamy

Bought the game less than a month ago; updated to version 2.1.4; get the scenario not available notice when I select either Fascist Tide or Day of Infamy, " The two half map scenarios, Fascist Tide and Day of Infamy are not presently available." The changes list for 2.1.4 notes changes affecting these two scenarios so I should be able to play these scenarios. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

They are not available yet. The changes must have been needed, but more are also needed.
