Iran-Iraq war test- released

I have decided to go ahead and release this scenario even though it is not 100% finished. I'm having problems coding the event messages so they only appear once and not every turn, other than that it is ready for play.

I have used specific sounds which I'm unable to add to this so until I can figure out a way, certain units will not have sound. I hope to fix this issue soon. As with my Congo scenario this will be AI capable as well, but when I have the time to add an AI version.
