New war movie from South Korea. Anyone here seen it yet? Is it any better than what comes from the Hollywood?

I have not seen it...The film was number-one on its opening at the South Korean box office.

According to IMDb, it will open in USA theaters this coming Friday (Aug. 12). I wonder what the reaction from North Korea will be . . .
Civil war? What does that mean? Is there any foreign war? Isn't every war fought between men, between brothers?
