Air National reserve

Post by Cavalry Corp »

Just started the campaign PBEM as axis.
Not moved the airbases forward much as yet as the rail heads are not that far advanced. Soviet air has melted away for now.

I assume you should not move airbases unless you have too? uses a lot of trucks?
What are the advantages of sending units to National reserve, is that the main way to train, upgrade and get replacements?

4 Million is a good figure, which is quite attainable if playing against A1

In regards to air its hard..I like to keep a few tactical bombers/fighters to help for winter. your
fist winter (if German) you will bleed troops. It also sounds like he is preserving his airforce
for a winter offensive...suggest you check the many threads & maybe prepare some fall back positions.

Moral goes up in NR...if you check your bases dont be surprised to find your bombers down 16%
